Who Is This Man...?

Dr. Kevin C. Chantilou is a native of Jamaica, West Indies who immigrated to the United States of America in 2000 in pursuit of greater. A trained Teacher and Educator by profession, he excelled in his field and has many credits to his name. After spending some years in Bridgeport, Connecticut, he relocated to the state of Florida in 2008. In October 2010, he launched Vision Worship Center, Incorporated where he now serves full time as Senior Pastor and Chief Executive Officer.

With an overwhelming support and call for his great leadership, in 2012, Dr. Chantilou founded Vision Fellowship Alliance, which serves as a Fellowship Covering for over 200 churches including territories in East & West Africa, Ireland, London, England, Jamaica, West Indies, and the United States of America. Subsequently, he was consecrated to the Office of the Bishopric on June 24, 2017, by Archbishop Dr. William Sterling Spain, (deceased). Bishop Chantilou now serves Vision Fellowship Alliance as the Presiding Prelate, first in Succession. His humanitarian duties span across Kampala, Uganda, East Africa, Kenya, West Africa, Jamaica, West Indies and Guyana, West Indies. With the support of Fellowship Churches, Private Entities, and his congregation, he actively sponsors Orphans in the Eastern Region of Uganda, Western Region of Kenya, and less fortunate Widows. The Orphanage program presently caters to a clothing and feeding outreach for over 500 less fortunate children. He has partnered with varies companies, religious institutions, and individuals to build prefabricated homes for the less fortunate through his Florida based company, Vision for Humanity (VFH). Within these United States of America, he has partnered with UNICEF, Red Cross, Food for the Poor, and The Salvation Army in giving food, clothing and financial aide in times of crisis. On January 30, 2022, he received the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for Humanitarian endeavors.            

Bishop Dr. Kevin Chantilou is licensed and ordained with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (P.A.W.) and currently serves the 45th Episcopal District, Southern Philippines Council. In addition, he serves as a member and advisor of the National Protocol Team of the PAW.

Dr. Chantilou is the former Vice Chairman and Chairman of the 55th Episcopal District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (Canada District Council) where he served as a member for over five (5) years under the leadership of the former Diocesan Bishop Dr. Mark C. Tolbert.    

Bishop Dr. Chantilou holds a double Doctorate: Doctor of Theology (Th.D.), Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.), Bachelor in Christian Counseling (B.A.), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), Master of Divinity, (M.Div.), and a Certified Teachers’ Diploma. He attended the Atlantic Coast Theological Seminary in Daytona Beach, Florida; The University of Biblical Studies Headquartered in West Virginia; The Mico Teachers’ College, Jamaica West Indies, and The Gate of Bethel Bible College, Florida. He is also a former School Principal and Education Officer of Culture in the island of Jamaica West Indies. Bishop Dr. Chantilou, is a registered member of the Prestigious Joint College of African-American Pentecostal Bishops in Cleveland, Ohio, which host an Annual Congress each year and attracts Bishops from all over the World. Bishop Dr. Chantilou presently serves as Chaplain of the Broward General Medical Hospital and Associate Volunteer Chaplain of the Broward Sheriff’s Office. In the state of Florida, he is an entrepreneur who strives to maintain excellence and quality of service in the business sector.

On August 16, 2019, he was joined in holy matrimony to the lovely, Elect Lady, Pastor Kesha, who serves with him in Ministry. Their friendship spans over 20 years. They are the proud Parents of two brilliant sons, Ke-Vaughn who works in the field of Agriculture and Keshawn, an Airman First Class Officer in the United States Airforce.

Above all, he is known as a man of God, a Visionary, and a true Worshipper by nature in the service of the Lord. Excellence precedes him!
