Assistant Pastor

Elder Kesha Chantilou

Kesha Chantilou was born in Ocho Rios, St. Ann, Jamaica West Indies, to parents Georgiana & Calvin Blake. She immigrated to the United States in July, 1991.  It was that same month that she decided to give herself completely to the Lord.  She was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and filled with the Holy Spirit just two weeks later.  Growing up in Jamaica, she was always involved in the church. Under the watchful eyes of her mother, her home environment was Christ centered so it became natural.

During her early years of study, she was not fortunate as others to get grants, loans or financial aid, however she worked assiduously in attaining her goal. In 1997, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the Florida Metropolitan University (FMU) and was also selected to be the Salutatorian of her class.

Pastor Kesha Chantilou believes and practices St. Luke 12:48 “……. to whom much is given, much is required…..” She has held numerous roles in church, including Sunday School Secretary, Youth President, Choir Member, Church Secretary and Treasurer.

In October 2010, she was privileged to be one of the seven foundation members to witness the launch of Vision Worship Center, Inc., a place of Purpose, Power and Restoration. She was Consecrated and Licensed as a Minister on October 2, 2011 during the first year Anniversary Celebration of the ministry and was elevated and ordained two years later to the office of an Elder October 2013. On January 29, 2016, she was Consecrated of the Office of Assistant Pastor and presently serves as a member of the Executive Board of Governors, Chief Administrator & Financial Officer (CFO).

In October 2012, she graduated from the American Continental University with a Master’s Degree in Finance (MBA) and is presently a Doctoral Candidate at the Walden University.

In the secular world, she ascended to the corporate ladder as Director of a noted Marine Company and later became Vice President. In December 2019, she was promoted to Chief Operations Officer (COO).

On August 16, 2019, she was joined in holy matrimony with Bishop Dr. Kevin C. Chantilou, Senior Pastor of Vision Worship Center, Inc., and friend of over twenty (20) years. Together, they have partnered to champion touching the lives of people through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

She is excited about Vision Worship Center and thank God daily for sanctioning her transition to such a great ministry.  She continuously expresses that she has grown spiritually under the leadership of her husband Bishop Dr. Kevin Chantilou and will continue to allow God to use and direct her path. Pastor Kesha Chantilou is the proud mother of two adorable sons Keshawn and Ke-Vaughn
